Hello, Twenty years ago I embarked on a new journey in my life. I was seeing mounting evidence that how businesses exploit our planet is
Last month, I had the privilege of giving a guest lecture at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Heidenheim, Germany on the crucial topic of “Leading with Emotions.”
I’d like to share two exciting updates:
First, we are celebrating the 2-Year Anniversary of my book, ASPIRE. Second, we’d like to announce the upcoming Webinar “Plötzlich in Führung”
The 4th video in the “Suddenly Leading” series focuses on the importance of understanding and interest for new managers.
While caring is driven by feeling empathy for people, to serve the needs of people is driven by feeling compassion.
Compassion includes and builds on empathy, and it adds a deep commitment to acting on it. Compassion for others can be learned and developed. The question is how?
